The Commercial Interns

Shafia Nabila - Sales Operations Intern

My time at Definely has been highly rewarding, thanks to the consistently supportive and enthusiastic team. As a Sales Intern, I have had the chance to attend meetings with senior team members and prospective customers. I have also developed skills in targeting potential customers through various sales platforms as well as building out necessary reporting functions that the commercial team will use.

Jeri Koleowo - Experience Seeker: Commercial

My time at Definely has given me a clearer understanding of how a LegalTech company operates and the role each person plays. I was particularly interested in the Customer Success (CS) team, and thoroughly enjoyed shadowing Molly in customer catchups and training sessions. Despite initial concerns about keeping up in meetings, the team was supportive and open to questions, making me feel confident throughout.

I highly recommend the internship to anyone interested in LegalTech.

In my role as a Customer Success intern, I have had the opportunity to witness the team's commitment to delivering the best possible experience for Definely’s customers. From observing user training sessions and workshops to gaining insights into how the team leverages data to support engagement strategies, my internship at Definely has been an incredible experience.

Caroline von Rakowski - AI Legal Analyst

Participating in various presentations at Definely has given me a comprehensive understanding of each team and the overall functioning of the business. The company fosters an environment where no question is off-limits, and every team member is highly approachable.

As a law student working closely with the AI team, I have gained invaluable insights that I wouldn’t have encountered otherwise. My day-to-day work primarily involved labelling English and German contracts. I would highly recommend the summer internship!

Davina Tuma - AI Legal Analyst

The work I have done at Definely has given me valuable insight into what it takes to create high-quality LegalTech products. As a future trainee solicitor, this experience has been eye-opening. Seeing how Definely’s solutions streamline tasks that typically take up much of a trainee’s time has shown me how technology can enable lawyers to focus on more meaningful work, rather than routine administration.

Everyone I met shares a strong belief in the company’s mission and the potential of LegalTech. I thoroughly enjoyed my three weeks at Definely and look forward to seeing what the company achieves next.
