We are backed by prominent investors and VCs, including Octopus Ventures, Raine Ventures, Microsoft, Google for Startups and Nick Jenkins (founder of Moonpig and former Dragon).

Joining Definely is an opportunity to be part of a truly meritocratic, diverse organisation and a chance to work alongside intelligent, highly motivated individuals working together on the same mission!

Working with us

Given that we spend a good portion of our time at our place of work, we are firm believers that everyone should enjoy what they’re doing and who they work with. We operate a transparent workplace culture, where every person has input at every stage and level of strategic decision-making and is a valued member of the team (we promise we are not just saying that)!

We look for natural self-starters who are curious, adaptive, resilient, apply deep logic to their thinking and, most importantly, learn from every mistake!

The role

As our Digital Marketer, you’ll be the go-to expert for executing and optimising digital campaigns across website, SEO, paid ads, email, and marketing automation. You’ll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals, from increasing our marketable pool and supporting target accounts efforts through to nurturing leads for future revenue.

You’ll be an advocate for best practices, ensuring we use data to inform decisions and continuously improve performance. Ultimately, you will be responsible for expanding our digital footprint, credibly building awareness and generating high-quality leads to help us build a marketable pool that fuels our continued growth. You’ll work across multiple channels, adjust strategies in real-time, and champion best practices across the team. As we’re growing there will be plenty of opportunity to shape this role and develop our tech capability to ensure we’re aiming for best in class proportionate to our stage of business. If you’re ready to take the next step and have the hunger to learn with us as we grow, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute strategies for SEO and SEM to drive organic traffic and paid search success. You’ll be at home in Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager

· Manage digital campaigns across owned and paid channels, reporting on performance and using insights gathered to inform future campaigns and wider business

· Oversee email marketing efforts, from design to performance tracking, ensuring high deliverability and engagement using segmentation and with an eye on data quality

· Implement and optimise marketing automation workflows using HubSpot to nurture leads and track conversions. Use integrations and, over time, improve the tech stack to advance our digital capabilities.

· Continuously optimise our website for conversions, improving user experience and driving lead generation.

· Apply ABM tactics to support our growing outbound sales team. Consider tools and technology to ensure effectiveness in reaching the right people at the right time.

· Analyse performance data, providing actionable insights and reporting on key metrics (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, and later pipeline development) to help drive our brand, product, and content marketing

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.

About you

· 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.

· Proven experience with SEO, including tools such as Search Console and SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs

· Strong proficiency marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)

· Experience with website and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) tactics, testing, and tools such as HotJar

· Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and derive action from data.

· Experience and awareness of the wider, and changing, tech stack.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

If you’re passionate about driving growth, optimising performance, and contributing to the success of a dynamic marketing team, we’d love to hear from you!
