Definely Draft and Definely Proof currently work in English and Swedish - and we are working on more languages as we speak!
That being said, whilst we don’t currently purport that Definely works with any documents other than those drafted in English or Swedish, some of the rules we use to pick up definitions and references are language agnostic.

Yes! Definely integrates with all DMS systems.
Definely sits on top of any contract the user has open in Word and then optimises their navigation and drafting of that document. There is no requirement for Definely to reach into a DMS system to extract information.
Even for multiple documents, Definely detects documents already open in MS Word, negating the need to interact or integrate with the DMS.
You can upgrade your existing plan or buy additional Definely products in the licence manager section of your account - simply edit the user and select the product or plan you wish.
You are able to see all active and unused licences as well as the Definely products currently in use directly from the licence manager section of your account.
New licences can be added at any time from the licence manager section of your account or by purchasing a new licence directly from our website.
Accessing your account is easy. Simply click sign in and enter your email address you registered with. We’ll send a secure access code to your email, enter the code and you’re in!
You can access your paid invoices at any time in the billing history section in your account.
We hope it never comes to this but if you are thinking of leaving us, we’ve made it simple - you can cancel your subscription within your account up to 30 days prior to your next renewal.

On the rare occasion you encounter a bug with Definely we’d be grateful if you could generate a bug report so we can put our top engineers on it straight away.
To generate a bug report, go to the Definely Ribbon and select the “Help” drop-down button. Then select “Bug Report” and save this to your local drive. Please then email the bug report from the email address your Definely account is registered with to support@definely.com.
