Acting as the go-to expert on systems, data, and process optimisation, you’ll ensure seamless integration and scalability across the customer lifecycle. By utilising technology and analytics, you will enable data-driven decision-making, champion best practices, and provide best-in-class analysis and reporting to support the full Commercial team and ensure we deliver exceptional results.

  • Partner with Commercial leaders to support them in exceeding their targets by providing data-driven insights on performance and identifying threats and opportunities to their team’s performance. Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide actionable insights to drive performance improvements against sales and marketing metrics.
  • Own and implement the strategy for the RevOps tech stack and partner with the Commercial leaders to design and implement processes, as well as drive performance through surfacing data-led insights and analyses. Ensure team adoption and effective use of tools through training and support.
  • Own and deliver commercial management information reporting, holding Commercial leaders to account against targets and helping them understand their performance.
  • Support annual and quarterly planning processes by providing data-driven insights.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of material for Board meetings.

You should apply if you have

  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
